Council to hear First Reading of the proposed Land Use Bylaw and Highway 69/Clearwater River Valley Area Structure Plan Amendment brought forward by Dunvegan Gardens (Fort McMurray) Ltd. on April 10

(Fort McMurray, AB – April 9, 2018) – Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo Council will hear the First Reading of the proposed Land Use Bylaw and Highway 69/Clearwater River Valley Area Structure Plan Amendment brought forward by Dunvegan Gardens (Fort McMurray) Ltd. at the regularly scheduled Council meeting on April 10 at 6:00 pm in the Jubilee Centre Council Chamber.

As per normal process, public delegations will not be invited to speak at the First Reading, but will have an opportunity to speak to the proposed amendments at the Public Hearing which will take place at the regularly scheduled Council meeting on May 8. At that time, Second Reading of the Land Use Bylaw and Highway 69/Clearwater River Valley Area Structure Plan Amendments will also take place.

Residents and interested stakeholders can attend both the meeting on April 10 and May 8. Residents are also encouraged to tune into the live stream of the meetings at rmwb.ca/live.
