Bylaw Services Weekly Update June 20 – 26, 2017

(Fort McMurray, AB – June 16, 2017) – Bylaw Services reminds residents to drive cautiously as pedestrian traffic will increase with the close of the school year. Please be extra careful in school and playgrounds zones as many people will be walking or riding.

If you need to cross a street, the best place to do so is at a crosswalk. Pedestrians should always stop, look both ways and make eye contact with drivers before entering a crosswalk. Drivers should always approach marked sidewalks with caution.

Let’s work together to make this time of the year safer for everyone.
