(Fort McMurray, AB – December 8, 2016) – Municipal Transit Services announces further updates to routes, schedules and more, effective Dec. 12.

“We live in a municipality on the move,” said Tony O’Doherty, Acting Director of Transit Services, “and many residents rely on Municipal Transit to get to where they are going. To keep our service current and effective, we will be making quarterly updates to service that is based on ridership and feedback from residents.”

The Municipality’s priority is to provide safe, reliable and sustainable transit service for all residents. With transit updates to take effect on Dec. 12, residents are encouraged to review schedules and plan ahead at rmwb.ca/transit
