Effective today, June 10, 2016, the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo is offering a temporary transit schedule for residents following re-entry. This service will continue until further notice.
The temporary transit schedule will be available seven days a week, and regular transit fares will be collected. The temporary transit schedule replaces the special Wood Buffalo Transit Route 21. There is no rural service at this time.
Our Specialized Mobility Assistance Required Transportation (SMART) Service – an accessible, curb-to-curb service – will also be available to residents starting June 10, although this service will be operating on a reduced basis.
