Lot by Lot Assessment Permission Slip

As part of the Rural Water & Sewer Servicing (RWSS) program, the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) Engineering team will be undertaking a lot by lot assessment of residential zoned properties in Draper, Gregoire Lake Estates, Anzac, Janvier, Conklin and Saprae Creek Estates. To assist the RMWB in assessing individual lot servicing we ask that affected residents sign a permission slip to authorize the assessment daily from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. or alternatively schedule a convenient inspection time.

The lot by lot assessment will consist of a contractor/consultant visiting your property and visually assessing:

  • Locations of the existing water and sewer tanks.
  • Distance of home from the street
  • Alignment of buildings, trees or any other utility servicing construction constraints

It is important to note that the inspection is visual and only to assess future utility servicing. Measurements and photos will be taken to keep a record of our site inspection information.  At no time will RMWB staff, consultants or contractors be required to enter any homes or structures.
