Report a Pothole

Or call: 780-743-7000

The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo encourages you to report potholes when you encounter them on local roads.

The Public Works Department usually starts filling potholes on a regular basis in mid-to-late March by adding cold mix. Starting in April, a Patch Kit machine is used to patch potholes, which is faster than traditional methods and the material used with the machine lasts longer than cold mix.

Residents who have concerns regarding potholes are encouraged to call the Pothole Hotline at 780-743-7000. All calls are tracked and reported potholes are inspected and filled on a shift-by-shift basis. Please note that some potholes can't be patched until weather conditions improve.
