Call Pulse for in-person assistance with Disaster Recovery Program

(Fort McMurray, AB – June 12, 2020) – Starting today, those affected by the flood can call Pulse at 780-743-7000 or 1-800-973-9663 to arrange for in-person assistance filling out Disaster Recovery Program (DRP) applications.

The assistance is offered by appointment only between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. COVID-19 protocols are in place. Residents and business owners will be provided with a mask and hand sanitizer. The Chief Medical Officer of Health’s physical distancing requirements will be followed.  

Residents and business owners who do not require in-person assistance can apply for DRP funding online at alberta.ca/drplinks to external site before August 5. 

Eligible residents and businesses are encouraged to apply before August 5 to get their recovery funds sooner.
