Municipality seeks resident input on Vehicle for Hire Bylaw

 

(Fort McMurray, AB – February 21, 2019) – The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) is seeking input from residents on suggested improvements to the Vehicle for Hire Bylaw.

 

The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB), Bylaw Services division is dedicated to protecting the wellbeing of residents and ensuring the compliance of bylaws and fair trade practices. To ensure that the updated bylaw aligns with resident needs, Bylaw Services invites residents to voice their opinions by taking an online survey.

 

The Vehicle for Hire bylaw covers all vehicles for hire in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) with a capacity of 15 passengers or less. Such as Taxis, Limousines and Shuttle Buses.
