If you're a full-time post-secondary student seeking valuable summer work experience, the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) will be accepting applications for summer and co-op student positions.
Available positions will be posted on the municipal website on Feb.8, 2025 with an application deadline of Mar.9, 2025 unless otherwise stated in the job posting. Summer employment runs from the beginning of May through the end of August, while co-op terms may vary throughout the year.
There are positions in several municipal departments including:
- Community Services
- Environmental Services
- Regional Emergency Services
- Corporate Services
- Public Works
Summer student applicants must:
- be currently enrolled in full-time studies at a recognized post-secondary institution
- have completed a minimum of one year of post-secondary studies
- be returning to full-time studies in the Fall 2025 semester
Co-op student positions are available for students enrolled in co-op program at a recognized post-secondary institution.
