All businesses in the region must have a civic address registered with the Municipality. This helps people find your business location, including Canada Post and Regional Emergency Services. The Municipality maintains a database of registered civic address, which is used to support services for businesses and is shared with Canada Post.
Canada Post changes
Canada Post’s new mail delivery system relies on the municipal database of registered civic addresses. Once implemented, mail delivery to unregistered business addresses could be disrupted.
Avoid disruptions to your mail by getting a registered address for your business today!
Home businesses are not affected by the Canada Post changes. If your business is run out of your home, this doesn’t apply to you.
