TAKE NOTICE, that the Community Standards Appeal Committee for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo has received an appeal against the issuance of a Remedial Order by the Municipality pursuant to section 545 of the Municipal Government Act, for violation of section 27 of the Community Standards Bylaw No. 21/010.
The subject property located, at Lot 121, Block 4, Plan 1320158, being 217 Heritage Drive, Fort McMurray, Alberta has been ordered to remedy the violation as follows:
(1) cut back tall grass and weeds throughout the property.
The appeal hearing is set as follows:

Time: Doors open 6:00 p.m.
Hearing commences at 6:30 p.m.
