TAKE NOTICE, that the Community Standards Appeal Committee for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, has received an appeal that has been filed pursuant to section 25 of the Backyard Hen Bylaw No. 23/004, against the approval of a Backyard Hen License at the property known as Lot 29, Block 1, Plan 3383TR, being 161 Beaconwood Place, Fort McMurray, Alberta.
The appeal hearing is set as follows:

Time: Doors open at 6:00 p.m.,
Hearing commences at 6:30 p.m.
Interested parties who wish to make a presentation to the Community Standards Appeal Committee, or who wish to submit written comments, must submit their request and/or comments to the Clerk of the Committee by 12:00 p.m. noon, on Thursday August 22, 2024. Submissions can be sent to csac@rmwb.ca
