A shed and contents was destroyed and several neighbouring sheds and a fence were damaged in an early morning backyard fire on Caldwell Crescent in Thickwood on June 3.
Fort McMurray firefighters were called out shortly after 2:30 a.m. Two pumpers responded and found a shed fully involved in fire, with fire spreading to neighboring backyards.
Firefighters were able to stop further spread of the fire and quickly brought it under control. There were no injuries reported.
Regional Emergency Services fire investigators responded to the scene and are working to determine a cause.
