Next 30-day period begins Sunday, December 27, 2020
The Municipal Face Covering Bylaw will continue to be in effect for all indoor public places and public vehicles. This Bylaw first went into effect Oct. 26 and renews every 30 days when there are more than 50 active cases of COVID-19 in the region, as reported by Alberta Health Services. The last day of the current Face Covering Bylaw period is Dec. 26, with the next 30-day period starting on Dec. 27.
For public transit, face coverings are mandatory regardless of the number of active cases of COVID-19 in the region.
