TAKE NOTICE, that the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo has scheduled a Preliminary Hearing regarding the following matter:

The preliminary hearing has been scheduled as follows:

Time: 1:30 p.m.
Location: Virtually via Microsoft Teams
The Notice of Appeal was filed on April 29, 2024. The merit hearing is scheduled for May 23, 2024. A request for hearing postponement was received on May 1, 2024.
The purpose of the Preliminary Hearing is to:
- Review the request for postponement and determine the merit hearing date.
The Board will not hear any submissions in relation to the merits of the appeal during the Preliminary Hearing.
Any persons wishing to attend or submit written comments regarding the hearing date for the above-mentioned appeal, must contact the Clerk of the Board by 12:00 p.m. noon on Wednesday May 15, 2024, to register as a participant.
