In accordance with section 686 of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A 2000, c. M-26, an Appeal Hearing must be held by the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board upon receipt of a Notice of Appeal.

Time: Doors open at 6:00 p.m.,
Hearing commences at 6:30 p.m.
Affected persons wishing to make a presentation to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board or wishing to submit written comments must submit their request to sdab@rmwb.ca on or before 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 30, 2024.
