TAKE NOTICE, that the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo has received an appeal against Development Permit No. 2021-DP-00531, an application for a Child Care Facility, at the property known as Lot, Block 297, Plan 022 0695, being 120 McTavish Crescent, Fort McMurray, Alberta.
In accordance with Section 686 of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A 2000, c. M-26, an Appeal Hearing must be held by the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board upon receipt of a Notice of Appeal.
The appeal hearing is set as follows:

Location: Council Chamber
Jubilee Centre
9909 Franklin Avenue, Fort McMurray, AB
Time: Doors open 5:30 p.m.
Hearing commences at 6:00 p.m.
Affected persons wishing to make a presentation to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board or wishing to submit written comments, must submit their request and/or comments to the Clerk of the Board on or before 4:00 p.m., Monday, August 28, 2023. Submissions can be sent to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board via email at SDAB@rmwb.ca.
