TAKE NOTICE, that the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo has received an appeal against the issuance of a Stop Order, File No. PD2022-000142, issued in relation to continued development after an expired Development Permit, at the property known as Lot 2, Block, Plan 942 0970, being 84S – 12868 Highway 881, Anzac, Alberta.
In accordance with Section 686 of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A 2000, c. M-26, an Appeal Hearing must be held by the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board upon receipt of a Notice of Appeal.
The appeal hearing is set as follows:
Date: Thursday, August 31, 2023
Time: Doors open 5:30 p.m.
Hearing commences at 6:00 p.m.
Location: Council Chamber
Jubilee Centre
9909 Franklin Avenue, Fort McMurray, AB
Affected persons wishing to make a presentation to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board or wishing to submit written comments, must submit their request and/or comments to the Clerk of the Board on or before 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 30, 2023. Submissions can be sent to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board via email at SDAB@rmwb.ca.
