Notification of Appeal Board Preliminary Hearing

TAKE NOTICE, that the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo has scheduled a preliminary hearing regarding the following matter:

The preliminary hearing has been scheduled as follows:
Date: Wednesday September 6, 2023
Time: 1:30 p.m.
Location: Virtually via Microsoft Teams
The purpose of the Preliminary Hearing is to:
1. Schedule a merit hearing date; and
2. Schedule disclosure of evidence
The Board will not hear any submissions in relation to the merits of the appeal during the Preliminary Hearing.
Any persons wishing to attend or submit written comments regarding the hearing date and disclosure of evidence for the above-mentioned appeal, must contact the Clerk of the Board by 4:00 p.m. noon on Tuesday September 5, 2023, to register as a participant.
