TAKE NOTICE, that the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo has received an appeal against the Refusal of Development Permit No. 2024-DP-00082, an application for an Addition to a Single Detached Dwelling, at the property known as Lot 2, Block 4, Plan 1220270, being 104 Ward Crescent, Fort McMurray, Alberta.
In accordance with Section 686 of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A 2000, c. M-26, an Appeal Hearing must be held by the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board upon receipt of a Notice of Appeal.
The appeal hearing is set as follows:
