In accordance with section 686 of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A 2000, c. M-26, an Appeal Hearing must be held by the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board upon receipt of a Notice of Appeal.
The hearing has been scheduled as follows:
Date: Wednesday, June 25, 2025 (Thursday, June 26, 2025 if required)
Format: Virtually via Microsoft Teams (The virtual participation link and instructions will be provided to registered parties via email on the day of the hearing.)
Time: Hearing commences at 6:00 p.m.
Affected parties and adjacent property owners wishing to make a presentation to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board or wishing to submit written comments must submit their request to sdab@rmwb.ca on or before 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11, 2025.
Affected parties who have registered to speak will be given five (5) minutes of time to present their evidence.
