Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) Survey

We are conducting a needs assessment of counselling services in our municipality in May 2019. It aims to better understand the counselling and mental health needs of our residents, especially in light of continued recovery from the 2016 Wildfire.

The information you provide will be used to help us better understand current services that are provided and to identify recommendations for any next steps.

Survey closes June 14
