Notice Of Special Council Meeting

A Special Council Meeting is scheduled to take place on June 20, 2017, at 6 p.m. in the Jubilee Centre Council Chamber to consider the following:

  1. Update to Rural Water, Sewer and Road Rehabilitation Program - Anzac, Conklin, Draper, Gregoire Lake Estates, Janvier and Saprae Creek Estates.
  2. Bylaw No. 17/016 - Utility Rates Bylaw Amendment - Cost Recovery

Please note that for the month of June only, the Rural Committee meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 20 at 4 p.m. and the Land Planning and Transportation Committee meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 27 at 4 p.m.

Since March, 2017, Council has been meeting on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, with the exception of statutory holidays and scheduled recess periods. Meetings begin at 6 p.m.

Councillors also meet in six standing committees of Council: the Audit Committee, the Land Planning and Transportation Committee, the Oversight Committee, the Rural Committee, the Selection Committee and the Sustainable Development Committee.

Agendas and minutes for the meetings of Council and these committees can be found below. Except for in-camera items, the meetings are open to the public.

Make a Presentation to Council

Individuals or groups wanting to be placed on the agenda at a Council meeting must submit either a letter or a Presentation Request Form outlining the subject matter to be discussed. Learn more about this process.
