- Site plan showing the entire property and the proposed development.

- The municipality may have a site plan on file from previous developments – contact PULSE to inquire.
- Building plan showing the size, height, construction materials, and location of the development.
- Certificate of Title showing the registered owners of the property.
- Letter of authorization is required if you are applying on behalf of the property owner. A written statement from the owner granting permission must be provided.
