For many community members, winter and snow means not being able to attend important medical appointments, get groceries or visit with loved ones. It can also bring serious safety concerns.

Help these neighbours in need – become a Snow Angel and give community members with mobility challenges the ability to participate in community life.

Snow Angel volunteers shovel the driveway and walkways of assigned homes after a snow fall. Anyone can volunteer! Past volunteers have included students, hockey teams, businesses and non-profit groups.

Sign up as an individual, as a team or join an existing team

There are several ways to volunteer around your busy schedule! Sign up as an individual, with a few friends as a team, or join an existing team and meet new people.

Win a snowblower!

Eligible volunteers will be automatically entered to win a two stage, 24-inch, gas snowblower with electric start valued at $1,000. In addition to the prize draw, all volunteers will be recognized at an appreciation dinner in spring 2025.
