SDAB 2025-001 Notice of Merit Hearing

TAKE NOTICE, that the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo has received an appeal against condition No. 21 of Development Permit No. 2024-DP-00391, an application for a(n) Industrial Support Facility in conjunction with Disposition DML 100052, at the propertySW-16-77-8-W4.

At a hearing held on December 15, 2025, via Microsoft Teams, the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (“the Board”) adjourned the hearing to take place as follows:

In accordance with section 629 of the Municipal Government Act, the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board may, while carrying out its powers, duties and responsibilities, accept any oral or written evidence. Affected parties and adjacent property owners wishing to make a presentation to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, wishing to submit written comments, or wishing to register as an observer, must submit their request to sdab@rmwb.ca on or before 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2026.  It is at the discretion of the Board to accept any submissions filed beyond this date.

It is the responsibility of the parties to ensure that the submission has been received.  Affected parties/adjacent property owners will be given five (5) minutes of time to present their submission.
