SDAB 2025-007 Notice of Rescheduled Appeal Hearing

TAKE NOTICE that the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board hearing regarding an appeal filed against the approval of Development Permit No. 2025-DP-00169—an application for a permanent Liquor Store, Office, and Warehouse Sales building, with a temporary liquor store operating for up to one year while the permanent building is completed—located on Lot 3, Block 10, municipally known as 193 Mackenzie Avenue, Fort Chipewyan, originally scheduled for Monday, February 2, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., has been rescheduled to occur as follows:

Date: Monday, March 9, 2026 (Tuesday, March 10, 2026, overflow)

Time: 6:00 p.m.

Format: Virtually via Microsoft Teams

The virtual participation link and instructions will be provided to the parties via email on the day of the hearing.

Please note that the written submission deadline date of January 22, 2026, remains unchanged.
