SDAB 2026-002 Notification of Preliminary Hearing

TAKE NOTICE, that that the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo has received an appeal against the refusal of Development Permit No. 2025-DP-00399, an application for a Sea-can, at the property known as Lot 2A, Block 32, Plan 8520960, being 380 Silin Forest Road, Fort McMurray, Alberta.
In accordance with Section 686(2) of the Municipal Government Act, the Board must hold an appeal hearing within 30 days of receiving a Notice of Appeal. To maintain jurisdiction, the Board will convene a preliminary hearing to open the appeal and adjourn it to a future date to be determined.

The Board will not hear any submissions regarding the merits of the appeal at this preliminary hearing.
