The Board will not hear any submissions in relation to the merits of the appeal during the Preliminary Hearings.
Any persons wishing to attend or submit written comments regarding hearing dates and disclosure of evidence for the above- mentioned appeals, must contact the Clerk of the Board by 4:00 p.m. noon on July 17, 2023, to register as a participant.
