The Municipality is preparing for the 2026 River Break season and will be implementing temporary flood protection measures in key areas to bolster the permanent flood protection measures.

Construction will involve the temporary closure of the Highway 63 East Service Road for the installation of surface protection measures. Anticipated road closure will be from March 2, 2026 until the end of May 2026. Please plan for potential delays in nearby areas and allow for extra time to get to your destination.
