Share your experience on the Abasand OHV Pilot Project

Provide your feedback from Feb. 12 to March 12

The Abasand OHV Pilot Project Bylaw is approaching its one-year mark, and the Municipality is seeking your feedback on its impact over the year.

What is the purpose of the bylaw?

The Abasand OHV Pilot Project Bylaw was introduced to:

  • Improve OHV user experience.

  • Increase safety on multi-use trails.

  • Reduce damage to municipal greenspaces.

Are these goals being met in Abasand? Share your experience.

Your feedback will help evaluate the Abasand OHV Pilot Project’s progress and will be shared with Council for consideration. Based on feedback received so far, a recommendation to improve the bylaw will be presented this spring to better align provincial and municipal fire bans.

Residents are invited to register to speak as delegates at the bylaw's second reading. Information on how to register to speak can be found at rmwb.ca/council.
