Snye Weed Harvesting
Introduction:
Annual weed harvesting at the Snye will take place in August to ensure the safe operation of watercraft, aerodromes and other recreational uses.
Background:
The project will complete the following activities at the Snye:
-cut, collect and dispose of clippings from the site
- dispose and clean up the site adhering to the Water Act Approval, Alberta Environment

Project Details:
The weed harvesting activities normally take a week to complete. The Contractor will be using the designated temporary detour to access the site.

The benefit to the community is safe operation of watercraft, aerodromes and other recreational activities.

Parking and Vehicle Access:
There is a limited access to the parking lot due to ongoing construction at the Snye.
