Winter Maintenance Subzones 3 and 4 active March 30 - April 3 for snow removal

Watch for turning trucks on Thickwood Boulevard with the Dickinsfield snow dump now open to municipal operations

Subzones 3 and 4 are active from March 30 to April 3 for snow removal, with on-street parking restrictions in effect.

If your subzone is active, move vehicles off the street on your designated maintenance day from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Watch for temporary no-parking signs

Winter maintenance is being prioritized in residential areas across all subzones (including Subzones 1 and 2) in preparation for the spring thaw. Crews are clearing storm drains and clearing the middle of streets to ensure they are accessible.

Residents in Subzones 1 and 2 should watch for temporary no-parking signs on their street over the next week. No parking signs are placed 24 hours in advance of planned snow removal. After the signs have been removed, you may park on the street again.

Snow removal on non-WMZ streets Downtown

Crews will also be removing snow this weekend (March 28 - 29) from the busier streets Downtown not included in the WMZ program (Primary, Secondary or Tertiary Routes). Temporary no-parking signs will be in use.

Drive carefully near turning trucks on Thickwood Boulevard

To increase capacity, the Dickinsfield snow dump is open only to municipal snow removal operations. Use caution on Thickwood Boulevard as trucks turn on and off the roadway to access the site.
