Sport Field Rentals

Book sports fields for activities such as soccer, slow pitch baseball, cricket, or football. All sport field requests require a minimum of 3-day processing time.

Special Events

A special event can be held on outdoor municipal property by obtaining a Special Event Permit.

Permit application forms are available online or in person at the Planning and Development permitting desk located at the Jubilee Building (9909 Franklin Ave.). The processing fee is $25 (non-profit groups) and $150 (for profit groups).

Elementary Schools

Please contact Pulse to reserve an elementary school. 
Elementary schools are not available on Fridays or weekends.  
Schools are not available after the second Thursday of December and May 31st until September to support school functions.  
Elementary schools will not be reserved for any type of party.   
Rentable hours: 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM 
Proof of insurance is required prior to using an elementary school.  
All high school facility bookings are managed directly by the schools, as they administer reservations for their amenities independently.

Spray Park

How to book your next spray park event: 

Determine Your Event Type: 

Your event type determines the booking process and required permits. Common spray park events include Elementary school year-end outings, birthday parties, BBQ’s, family gatherings and large group events. 

Elementary School Year-End Outings: 

Check water park availability.
Determine your preferred date and time 
Complete the booking process by calling Pulse at 780-743-7000 and a coordinator will assist you with booking your visit.

Birthday Parties, BBQs, or Large Gatherings:  

You are required to submit at Special Event Permit Application. 
This application ensures that the event meets municipal safety and operational requirements.  
Once your Special Event Permit Application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the appropriate municipal departments.  All event requirements will be assessed, and necessary approvals will be completed before your booking can proceed.  
After all required approvals have been received, the applicant will be contacted to confirm the booking. All additional requirements or event details will be provided, and final event information will be shared.
