Cancelled: Special Council Meeting - August 13

UPDATE (Aug. 12, 2024): Out of respect for the passing of Councillor Stroud, the Special Council Meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 13 has been cancelled.

A Special Council Meeting will be held on Aug. 13, 2024. The public session will begin at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers and can be watched in-person and on the RMWB Youtube channel. The full Council Agenda will be published shortly and can be reviewed at rmwb.ca/council

Pursuant to Section 194 of the Municipal Government Act, RSA. 2000 c.M-26, a Special Council Meeting is hereby scheduled to take place at 6:00 p.m. on the 13th day of August 2024 in the Jubilee Centre Council Chamber to consider the following:

1. Call to Order 

2. Move into Closed Session

3. Closed Session (commencing at 6 p.m.) 

3.1. Advice from Officials - Land Matter 

(in camera pursuant to section 24(1) of the Freedom of Information of Privacy Act) 

4. Return to Open Session

5. Public Session (commencing at 7 p.m.) 

5.1. Bylaw No. 24/014 - Audit and Budget Committee - All three readings
