Conklin Multiplex Playground Surfacing Replacement
Introduction:
The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo is replacing the playground surfacing and the Conklin Multiplex during the summer of 2026.
The project includes removing the existing rubber surfacing, improving drainage, installing new rubber surfacing, and restoring the playground area after construction.
Construction is expected to start July 20th, 2026 and be completed in August 2026.
Work will take place within the surrounding playground area.
For everyone's safety, the playground will be closed during construction and will reopen once all work is complete and the site has been inspected.
