Corless Field Rehabilitation—Lower Townsite by Keyano
Introduction:
Construction to rehabilitate three tennis courts, four bocce courts and four horseshoe pits at Corless Field is expected to begin in August 2026 and be completed by the Fall.
This project is being completed in preparation for the 2027 Alberta 55 Plus Summer Games while providing long-term improvements for residents and park users.

What work will be completed?
During construction, crews will:
- Reconstruct the existing courts as multi-use tennis and pickleball courts
- Construct a new tennis practice wall
- Construct four new bocce courts and four new horseshoe pits
- Restore grass and landscaped areas following construction
The running track and soccer field will remain open throughout construction. Entrance to these facilities will be temporarily relocated to accommodate the work (see map above). Users must follow the posted signage to access them safely.
The tennis courts will remain closed throughout construction.

Trail & Park Access

· Noise during working hours
