THE FOLLOWING DEVELOPMENT VARIANCES WERE APPROVED:

2026-VC-00010

Variance to Section 6.13.6(d) to permit the school building to be oriented as shown on the approved plans, whereby the building does not front onto both streets and the corner does not act as the building forecourt

Variance to Section 6.13.7(g) to reduce the minimum transparent glazing requirement for the applicable ground-floor façades facing public streets from fifty percent (50%) to twelve percent (12%), as shown on the approved elevations.
