Flood Mitigation-Miscellaneous Underground Upgrades - Outfall 1

Construction crews will be completing necessary upgrades to existing underground infrastructure in downtown Fort McMurray.

Community Benefit:

The intent of this work is to provide a system that allows the Municipality to manage and control spring runoffs during high flood risk events. You can expect to see crews working starting May 19th. 

Construction Impacts:

There is no road closure planned at this time. If a closure is planned a future notice will be posted.

Please obey all posted signage when travelling through construction zones.
