Fort McKay Raw Water Supply Infrastructure – Construction – Tree Clearing

Introduction:

Shott Earthworks Inc. will be completing tree clearing work for Fort McKay Raw Water Supply Infrastructure – Construction project. 

Background:

As part of the Fort McKay Raw Water Supply Infrastructure Improvement Project, tree clearing is expected to begin in September 2026. Work will take place at the proposed raw water intake location near the CNRL bridge on the Ells River, along the utility corridor and on Fort McKay Road. The work is expected to be complete by December 2026.
