Greely Road Sidewalk Project – Summer 2026

Introduction:

The Municipality will be installing new sidewalks along Greely Rd. on both sides of the street from the entrance to the mobile home park to the crosswalk in front of the schools.

Background:

Construction will involve restoring landscaped areas along the new boulevard space between the curb and sidewalks.

Community Benefit:

The new sidewalk will enhance public safety for pedestrians walking in the area, especially for those walking to and from school.

Construction Impacts:

Road or lane closure. There may be a partial lane closure along Greely Road that requires flaggers. 

Special Instructions for Residents:

Construction will begin when school is closed for the summer and should be complete by the end of August when students return to school.

Use caution when travelling in the area. For your safety and the safety of construction crews, please keep away from heavy equipment and follow all signage.
