Help improve local EMS services – take part in survey, or give feedback in-person

Regional Emergency Services (RES) is looking for your feedback on local Emergency Medical Services (EMS) including ambulance services. Between September and October, share your experiences from the first moments RES arrives on scene at an emergency, the transport to hospital in the ambulance, and the transfer to hospital staff.

You can share feedback online, or connect with RES in person at two upcoming community events:

• RES Community Pancake Breakfast – September 12
• Fire Prevention Week pop-ups – October 4 to 10

Every moment and interaction matters. Your perspectives will help RES understand how it can improve the service it delivers with urgency, respect and care.

Feedback will focus on:

• Public trust: Confidence in the EMS system
• Speed of service: Timeliness of response and transport
• Communication: Effectiveness of information sharing
• Cultural safety: Respectful and inclusive service delivery
