Jerry Cooper Outdoor Rink Surface Upgrade
Introduction:
The project primarily consists of replacing the existing asphalt surface with a reinforced concrete surface, constructing a player's box, adding a basketball facility, upgrading the rink components and maintenance ramp.

Project Details:
The project is scheduled to mobilize on August 31, 2026. Substantial completion is anticipated by the end of December 2026, with landscaping and final site cleanup to be completed the following spring.
Community Benefit:
The community will have access to an enhanced playing surface, as well as player's box that provides shelter.
Construction Impacts:
No impact on parking lot as a separate laydown area has been designated for the contractor, shown in the site drawings.
Special Instructions for Residents:
Residents are advised to exercise caution and take appropriate precautions around the construction zone.
