REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF WOOD BUFFALO

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND ENHANCEMENT
ACT

NOTICE OF DECISION

In accordance with section 70 of the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act, Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo has been issued with an amendment approval by Environment and Protected Areas for the Anzac Wastewater System under EPEA Approval No. 322842-00-00. This amendment approval is to extend the expiry date of the EPEA Approval No. 3228420-00-00 for a year. The Anzac wastewater system is in
the process of decommissioning and reclamation. The Anzac wastewater treatment plant is located at SE ¼ of 04-086-07W4M.

The Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act may provide you a right of appeal against this decision to the Alberta Environmental Appeals Board. You should note that there are strict time lines for filing an appeal dependent on the type of appeal. If you choose to appeal this decision, please contact:
