Notification of Community Standards Appeal Committee Appeal

TAKE NOTICE that an appeal has been filed regarding the approval of a hen license at 164 Snowy Owl Way, Fort McMurray, AB. The Community Standards Appeal Committee will hold a hearing to review the appeal.

The hearing details are as follows:

Date: October 29, 2026

Time: 6:00 p.m.

Location: Council Chamber, Jubilee Centre

                  9909 Franklin Avenue, Fort McMurray, AB

Members of the public may attend the hearing. Interested Parties who are affected by the appeal and wish to provide comments will be given up to five (5) minutes to address the Committee.

If you would like the Committee to consider comments, photographs, documents, or other information, you must submit them to the Clerk at csac@rmwb.ca no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on October 21, 2026.

Information received by the deadline will be included in the hearing materials provided to the Committee. Late submissions may be accepted at the Committee's discretion.
