Rural Water and Sewer Servicing – Concrete Repairs

Introduction:

 
The Municipality, through the Rural Water and Sewer Servicing (RWSS) Program, has engaged Duro Concrete Ltd. to complete curb and sidewalk repairs in the community of Gregoire Lake Estates. 

The work will involve two localized repairs to existing concrete curb and sidewalk infrastructure within areas impacted by RWSS servicing activities. Residents may experience temporary access restrictions, localized construction activities, and intermittent impacts to sidewalks, driveways, and roadways while the work is underway.

Please obey all signage, use designated pedestrian routes where provided, and follow contractor instructions to help ensure the safety of residents, pedestrians, and construction personnel.

Project Details:

The concrete repair work will include the following priority repair areas in Gregoire Lake Estates:

·         67 Gregorie Avenue: Remove and replacement of the existing rolled monolithic sidewalk.

·         10 Gregoire Avenue: Removal and replacement of the existing rolled curb.

Community Benefit
The work will restore damaged concrete infrastructure in front of two residential properties in Gregoire Lake Estates. Replacing the rolled sidewalk and curb will improve pedestrian and vehicle access, drainage, safety, and the overall condition of the municipal infrastructure, providing a safer and more accessible community for the residents.
