SDAB 2026-006 Notice of Appeal Hearing

TAKE NOTICE, that the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo has received an appeal against a Development Officer’s Refusal of Development Permit No. 2026-DP-00266, an application for a Single Detached Dwelling with Attached Garage, Rear Uncovered Deck (2.74m x 3.81m), at the property known as Lot 75, Block 1, Plan 8021827, being 111 Graham Place, Fort McMurray, Alberta.

In accordance with Section 686 of the Municipal Government Act, R. S. A 2000, c. M-26, an Appeal Hearing must be held by the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board upon receipt of an Appeal. 

The appeal hearing is set as follows:

In accordance with section 629 of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 22000, c. M-26, the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board may, while carrying out its powers, duties and responsibilities, accept any oral or written evidence. Affected parties and adjacent property owners wishing to make an oral presentation or wishing to submit evidence, must submit their request to sdab@rmwb.ca by 12:00 p.m. (noon), Wednesday, September 2, 2026.  It is at the discretion of the Board to accept any evidence filed beyond this date.

It is the responsibility of the parties to ensure that the evidence has been received.  Affected parties/adjacent property owners will be given five (5) minutes of time to present their evidence.
