After 24 hours, on-street parking restrictions will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Parked vehicles must be removed from the street until the signs are taken away.

Vehicles parked on streets with parking restrictions will be subject to a $400 ticket and may be towed to the nearest available lawful parking location.

If you’re not sure where to park, check out your WMZ map to find the nearest available Priority Two or Priority Three street.

If your vehicle is towed, please contact Pulse for its location at 780-743-7000.

Apart from streets with temporary no-parking signs, all subzones are inactive, which means parking restrictions are not in effect and vehicles can remain parked on the street.

Track winter maintenance progress on your street

The Winter Maintenance Progress Map is now live at rmwb.ca/wmz. The map provides residents a simple way to check progress in their neighbourhood and understand any delays.

Twice a day, from Monday to Friday, we'll refresh the map with winter maintenance updates. Simply enter your street in the search bar to see its status.

Clear driveways and sidewalks

Residents are responsible for clearing snow from their sidewalks and driveways within 48 hours after a snowfall.

Help keep neighbours and crews moving by shoveling snow onto your yard or the green space between driveways. Snow should never be shoveled onto the street or around fire hydrants.
