Silin Forest Road Deep Utilities Construction 2026

Introduction:

E Construction is preparing to finish the Silin Forest Road Deep Utilities Upgrades project in 2026. The purpose of this project is to upgrade and replace aging underground assets such as water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer systems. You can expect to see crews in the area as early as May 19, 2026.

Community Benefit:

This project includes renewed underground infrastructure (water mains, storm sewers, sanitary sewers), new roads and a widened sidewalk on the north side of Silin Forest Road which will provide enhanced pedestrian and active transportation connectivity on the trails at Helen Pacholko Park and near the Rotary gazebo.

Construction Impacts:

 At this time, no road closures are planned. Crews will be completing remaining and deficiency work as needed, with intermittent activity within the work zone. Work near schools will be scheduled in coordination with school staff.

Please obey all posted signage when travelling through construction zones.
