Trail Rehabilitation at Sandpiper-Lindstrom Crescent, Gravelstone Stormwater Pond and Lions Park
Introduction:
The project involves the full replacement of trails at three locations: Sandpiper-Lindstrom Crescent, Gravelstone Stormwater Pond and Lions Park.

Project Details:
The project includes the removal and disposal of the existing granular base, followed by installation of a new subbase and asphalt surface, including root barrier installation as needed, grading adjustments and drainage improvements.
Construction mobilization is scheduled to commence at Sandpiper-Lindstrom Crescent on August 17, followed by Gravelstone Stormwater Pond Trail on August 24 and Lions Park Trail on August 31.
Community Benefit:
Residents will have greater opportunities to enjoy more recreational activities on a smooth surface without the restrictions caused by puddling experienced in previous years.
Construction Impacts:
The sidewalk entrance to the trail will be closed for the duration of the construction activities.
Special Instructions for Residents:
Residents are advised to exercise caution and maintain a safe distance from the work area.
